Premier Online Sales Pty Ltd will offer a 30 day return on items that are faulty. The claim must be made within 14 days from the postage date.
Please choose your products carefully as we do not accept returns on change of mind. This includes if you have selected the wrong size or you simply selected the wrong product.
If there is a discrepancy with your order please contact Premier Online Sales Pty Ltd within 14 days from the postage date by email to email@example.com. We will then discuss the steps to take to ensure any issues are resolved.
Contact must be made to Premier Online Sales Pty Ltd prior to any refunds or exchanges accepted. When the return of an item has been approved the buyer will be entitled to a money back refund or exchange of goods.
When returning any items:
In the case that an incorrect item has been supplied by Premier Online Sales Pty Ltd we will pay for all postage provided the item is as “brand new” and returned in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
